During the Requirement Analysis / Detail Design phase the Program Specifications and Detail Design Document will be prepared. For design clarification, interviews with clients personnel / representatives will be conducted. The Project Plan consisting of the Development Plan, System Test Plan and Acceptance Criteria will be finalized during this phase.
